We always have the ability to ramp up or down to what our clients’ needs are. Typically, with the number of campaigns we run we have 60-80 agents but have resources to augment our staff as required.
How does TTS train the callers for my campaign?
We can either have you train them directly, or you can train our trainer, who will then train and coach the team during your campaign.
What are your average dials per hour?
We typically make between 12-20 dials per hour.
Does TTS provide reporting?
We provide you with a 24/7 online reporting portal so you can review your campaigns status at any time. We can also provide special reporting that is customized based on your specific needs.
Are TTS callers all based in the US?
All callers are located in the US.
Can TTS call internationally?
We can call internationally, and have agents who can call in various languages, such as Spanish and German.
Can clients monitor TTS calls?
We follow all state and federal guidelines in regard to recording calls. As we are located in California, we are not able to record or listen to both sides of a call without announcing we are on the call. We are able to provide one-sided agent recordings, and our agents are always available for role-playing and training.
Can TTS find targets are in the C-suite?
We target VP/C level for all campaigns.
