TTS is accomplished at appointment setting, and an appointment is often the highest of goal in a hierarchy of goal that can be achieved in a campaign. TTS clients consider appointments to be both “face to face” and via the phone, with many preferring a well-qualified phone appointment prior to traveling to a client site. Either way, TTS adheres to the clients’ definition of an appointment, and will adjust the estimated results figures accordingly (for example, face to face appointments may need additional qualification on the TTS side and therefore affect the overall measure of results).
TTS believes that there is value in all the results of the campaign – from solid appointments, to demos, to “future interest records” to manually appended lists.
